
NAVY - SSR/AA
Navy AA & SSR are the jawans of Indian Navy which are known as sailors. These sailor are of two types- AA & SSR. SSR stands for senior secondary recruits of the Indian Navy.
Indian navy invites application for candidates to join Indian Navy as a sailor twice a year. For that it conducts the examination called AA and SSR. It is a non-commissioned level examination for the recruitment of unmarried male candidates for enrolment as sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA) and Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR).The first phase of the examination is online test and those who pass this will be qualified to go for the next round which is Physical Fitness test. AAs are technically educated for the design of ships and submarines and SSRs are those who work on the naval ship and also act as a helping hand.
Eligibility:
Age -16 to 20 Years Unmarried Male Candidates only Educational Qualification For AA- Class 12th passed with 60% Aggregate Marks and Mathematics, Physics with One of the Following Subject Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science. For SSR- He should have pass
